Job Description:

Business Development Coordinator

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Development Coordinator to join its team! In this role you will get to support with the Business Development Department and capture activities throughout the Business Acquisition Process.

What You'll Be Doing:

    Support in preparation of draft documentations for internal and external requirements.

    Conduct detailed reviews of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to assess requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely responses.

    Draft bid-no-bid recommendations and organize bid kick-off meetings with relevant stakeholders.

    Maintain comprehensive logs and records of ongoing proposals, qualifications, and tenders.

    Coordinate scheduling and meetings related administrative tasks.

    Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) systems to track BD activities and outcomes.

    Organize and manage departmental administrative activities, ensuring seamless operations.

    Proactively identify gaps in the processes and take steps to address them ahead of instruction.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

    Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering or business development activities, ideally with an engineering firm.

    Demonstrated history of working and collaborating with big teams across diverse disciplines.

    A track record of successful support on tendering and business development related administrative activities.

    Ability to interface at all levels within organization.

    Familiar with contract terminology and provisions, proposals, project schedules, and ability to adapt them as appropriate.

    Strong communication skills to lead coordination efforts as needed.

    Ability to multitask, supporting multiple projects at once amid rapidly shifting priorities.

    Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to draft letters, presentations, and other non-technical and basic-level technical related material.
