BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Primary purpose of job
Provide efficient and professional secretarial and administration support services to the Assistant Manager and staff in the

respective division. Duties include ad-hoc and routine reporting, document management and scheduling.

Experience & Skills
• Proficiency in English. Bilingual (Arabic / English) will be preferable.

• Good level of communication in English both oral and written.
• Good communication and typing skills.
• Computer literate (Ms Office).
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Experience in handling of confidentiality business information and documentation.
• Able to operate the computer according to administrative standards and specified computer operations. Required

thorough reviews of incoming documents and collection of all related correspondences.

Education
Completion of Secondary school (12 Years) or higher.
