SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Technical Sales Executive in Jotun Saudia, you will be responsible to support the sales manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products to new/existing by developing strong customer relationships by utilising Jotun sales tools and techniques. The Sales Executive has to handle the annual budgeted sales achievement, gross margin, DSO- Days Sales Outstanding (Timely Payment Collections) and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.
This position is based at Yanbu & will report to the Kay Account Manager - Protective Sales.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales manager to achieve sales targets by managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts, thereby contributing to the sales turnover along with timely payment collections.
Support to develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by identifying the relevant customer needs, prioritizing initiatives and company resources to meet customers’ needs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Monitor the progress of projects, deliveries, or accounts closely with customers and contractors, resolving problems, responding to queries (technical and commercial) as well as inspecting painting progress to ensure project completion on the agreed time and to obtain optimum coating performance.
Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups, and respond to inquiries to recommend and ensure Jotun is specified for the projects, thus creating sales opportunities for the company.
Monitor and follow up, advise and inspect coating application as per product data sheet and application guide to avoid possible complaints.
Advise to customer and inspect surface preparation before coating applications, familiar with inspection tools used in coating applications and surface preparation, timely delivery of the quality technical reports using Jotun tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Chemistry is preferable.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Coating & Business Development.
Fluency in English – both verbally and written
Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
