Job Description

Responsibilities

Main Duties:

    Teaching swimming to every class in the school
    Managing the work of the swimming assistant
     Ensuring the children are supervised at all times
     Planning and delivering engaging lessons
    Organizing and participating in galas and other sports-related activities
    Liaising class teachers and classroom assistants over the care and supervision of children- prior to, during, and after lessons
    Running extra-curricular provision
    To ensure that at all times a member of staff is watching the children in the water but not teaching a group

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

    UAE approved Swimming Coach Certificate
    First Aid Certificate and CPR knowledge

Minimum Experience

    To be a competent instructor, able to support the needs of all learners.
    To be qualified to teach swimming.

     To be a qualified lifeguard.
