The Role in Triplink
Triplink TripLink official website, Founded in 2018, it is a holding subsidiary of Trip.com Group, with branches in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, London, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia, providing fully customized payment services for global customers. In this Role, you’ll get to
Manage and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Virtual Commercial Card in this region.
Work independently as a contributor, responsible for all sales-related activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, operational requirements, and compliance regulations.
Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with customers.
Collect and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve product and service offerings.
Collaborate closely with internal supporting teams to serve customers, ensuring optimal product performance and user experience.
Be responsible for the full sales cycle, from planning, identifying opportunities, and developing markets to achieving sales and managing relationships.
What you'll Need to Succeed
At least 5 years of working experience in a Virtual Commercial Card related role in the B2B or B2B2C sector.
Experience in travel management or ecommerce-related industries is a significant advantage.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, practice, and develop a career in the Fintech industry, particularly in sales and business development roles.
Possess a strong understanding of sales metrics, with the ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Excel in logical thinking, analysis, execution, and communication skills.
Display sound compliance awareness and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Be willing to travel regionally when cross-border travel restrictions are lifted.
Language：Mandatory: English; desirable: Arabic
