Job Purpose
As part of the Cabin Crew recruitment team your role will manage the end-to-end recruitment operations team, ensuring the sourcing, attracting, and interviewing of top talent who embody the Emirates Group Values. Develop and implement a global recruitment plan, including campaign destinations, roster management, and partnerships with hospitality schools and suppliers, to maintain high standards and protect the integrity of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Define and Track KPIs: Monitor team performance and report to the Recruitment Manager, ensuring personalized development plans and mentoring are provided specifically around time to shortlist and invite-to-attendance conversions.
Campaign Performance Metrics: Identify and analyze metrics to provide insights and drive strategies, addressing challenges and recommending solutions to attract candidates.
Headcount Planning: Plan and monitor headcount based on business demand, ensuring timely recruitment team staffing and training, considering seasonality and peak periods.
Pre-Assessment Day Activities: Oversee sourcing, shortlisting, invitations, hotel bookings, and travel expenses, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience at all stages.
Team Leadership: Lead and support Talent Acquisition advisors/coordinators in managing events, sourcing, shortlisting, and invitations.
Training and Process Adherence: Ensure the team is fully trained on processes, SLAs, and mandatory recruitment activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) 5+ yrs OR 12 yrs schooling or equivalent 8+ yrs
CIPD or any other HR professional certification is desirable
Knowledge/skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a leadership role with relevant experience managing a remote team and high-volume processes. Experience working for a recruitment solution, ideally within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment, in-house or agency recruiter is preferable.
Problem solving and analytical skills and ability to diagnose and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment.
Strong experience in organizing events and/or managing resources, as well as managing budgets efficiently (advantageous)
Strong skills in creating and interpreting reports to track recruitment progress and outcomes. Ability to summarize insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS System
Experience in volume operating business functions with resource/rostering and scheduling activities is an advantage
Experience with various selection processes (e.g. Digital Assessments, video / telephone interviewing, reference checks etc.) and/or training processes
