Key Responsibilities:

    Respond promptly to emergency calls, providing on-site medical assessment and treatment to patients.
    Stabilize and transport patients to medical facilities while maintaining a high standard of care.
    Administer life-saving procedures, such as CPR, first aid, wound care, and medication, as required.
    Operate and maintain medical equipment, ensuring it is ready for immediate use.
    Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other medical personnel to provide updates and reassurance.
    Document and report patient information, treatment provided, and medical history accurately.
    Collaborate with emergency medical teams, including doctors, nurses, and other paramedics, to ensure seamless care delivery.
    Participate in training and skill development to remain updated on the latest medical protocols and techniques.
    Adhere to all safety and confidentiality regulations to protect patient welfare and privacy.

Requirements:

    Certification as a paramedic, EMT-B, or EMT-P, with relevant licenses as required by local authorities.
    Proven experience in emergency medical services or a similar role.
    Strong knowledge of medical procedures, emergency protocols, and first-response techniques.
    Physical stamina and the ability to work in demanding and fast-paced environments.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.
    Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
