We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Riyadh office. The Office Manager will ensure that the office functions smoothly, support staff, and maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Manage office budgets, including expenses and petty cash.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients as required.
Support HR activities, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
