Your Tasks

Main Responsibilities

As the Media Intelligence & Upskilling Manager, your job will be to sustain and evolve our media data intelligence ecosystem, by capturing, consolidating, analyzing and sharing insights on all EM markets media plans. You will be responsible for updating and building new visualizations on our current dashboards based on business demands, thereby you need to excel on media KPIs understanding as well as Power BI (or other dashboarding systems) and database management.

Also, your responsibility will be to ensure that our digital and media upskilling programs are designed to raise knowledge level of our internal and external partners in all relevant areas of expertise.

Sustain end evolve media data intelligence ecosystem

    Maintain our current media data database with clean and accurate data coming from all markets within the region
    Work to improve current databases and input templates
    Sustain current dashboards and evolve them according with business needs
    Work in collaboration with EM Integrated media planning resources to analyze and share insights regarding optimization opportunities on Emerging Markets media plans

Ensure that our internal and external partners are upskilled in all relevant areas of expertise

    Act as the product owner for our internal LMS system, tracking certification levels of all internal and external resources
    Work with different stakeholders to design and deploy training modules of different digital & media areas of knowledge

Your Profile

Ideal Experience

    6y of Experience in Advertising industry, with Digital & Media knowledge.
    Hands-on experience with database management and dashboarding, preferably on Power BI, with knowledge on Excel (VBA), DAX or other programming language related to data science ecosystem (python, R, etc).
    Domain expertise within CPG or Advertising Agency industry with proven record of accomplishment in BI roles.
    Comprehensive understanding on digital & media KPIs optimization.
    Hands-on digital platforms knowledge (meta, dv360, google ads) is a plus.
    Comprehensive knowledge on ad-tech ecosystem and how to leverage different tools for optimizing different workstreams and campaigns performances
