Junior IT System Admin ( Experienced in Zoho & Ziwo )
Location - Dubai, UAE
Salary - AED 4,000
This role requires a foundational understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing reliable technical support to ensure seamless operations across the company

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
-Manage and monitor firewall configurations to ensure network security.
-Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues promptly.
-Experience in office 365 administration.
-Experience on Windows Active Directory 2012R2, 2016.2019.
-Experience on software IP phone like Zoiper,3Cx etc.
-Knowledge about PRI connections is preferred.
-Hands on knowledge on configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, Setting up basic LAN, switches, routers etc.
-Knowledge of network security best practices.
-Support and maintain third-party software applications, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
-Perform regular system updates, backups, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
-Provide technical support and guidance to staff on hardware and software-related issues.
-Assist with the monitoring and maintenance of network performance and security protocols.
-Document system configurations, processes, and technical procedures.
Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system efficiency and security.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Hands-on experience with firewall configuration, network security, and third-party software management (e.g., Ziwo, Zoho).
-Strong understanding of system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in windows and Linux system administration.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Good communication skills to provide effective technical support.
-Ability to handle and coordinate tasks across multiple departments
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Previous experience in IT support or system administration is a plus.
-Willingness to be available and ready to work at any time as required.
