Global PL Commercial Operations Representative - Surface Rressure Control

As a Global PL Commercial Operations Representative, you will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiations, and developing a sales plan for a specific region.
As a Global PL Commercial Operations Representative, you will be responsible for:
Developing proposals, negotiating with customers, and ensuring deals deliver shareholder value
Driving competitive pricing. This may include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions.
Handling diverse clients in a region.
Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
Leading a department with large estimated orders.
Handling local focus on Medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in proposals & tendering environment (preparing tenders)
Have good surface wellhead product knowledge
Be able to manage complex tenders against deadlines to deliver winning offers on time, with high quality and completeness
Be able to produce complex financial models using Company Excel formats
Be able to maintain data in Company CRM system (Salesforce) on a timely basis
Be able to follow Workflow processes diligently
Have a high degree of data accuracy to drive successful S&OP outcomes
Be a team player to help others meet challenging deadlines
Have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams, as well as the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
