The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities within PIL Saudi Arabia, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with local and international financial regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a finance team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and analysis.
Accounting & Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards (SAFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory authorities, including the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
Compliance & Controls:
Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and other relevant legislation.
Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to facilitate the audit process.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs.
Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and provide financial insights.
Communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
MUST HAVE:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards (SAFRS) and local tax regulations.
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic are advantageous.

High level of integrity and ethical standards.
