Al Haktur IT Solutions is a leading provider of cutting-edge technology services, and we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

    Data Management: Accurately input and update data in the company database and systems.
    Quality Assurance: Review data for errors or inconsistencies and ensure compliance with data integrity standards.
    Documentation: Organize, maintain, and retrieve files and records as needed.
    Reporting: Generate periodic reports and summaries from the data collected.
    Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
    Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data security policies.
    Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to streamline data entry procedures.
    Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to data management.

Requirements:

    Experience: 1-2 years in a data entry or administrative role preferred.
    Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
    Skills:
        Proficiency in data entry software and tools.
        Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
        Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
        Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    Attributes:
        High level of concentration and attention to detail.
        Ability to meet tight deadlines.
        Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
