Job Description

    Monitor and analyze daily food, beverage, and operational costs.
    Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
    Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
    Ensure accurate stock records and address discrepancies.
    Assist in preparing departmental budgets and forecasts.
    Implement and enforce cost control procedures and policies.
    Collaborate with F&B, kitchen, and other departments on cost management.
    Train staff on waste reduction and cost-saving practices.
    Utilize cost control software and tools effectively.
    Support the Finance Manager with cost-related reporting and analysis.

Desired Skill & Expertise

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in hospitality.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Excel.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.- Financial Acumen
