Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: • Perform data analysis and generate basic reports to support administrative decisions. • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with internal teams to address administrative needs and support service delivery. • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements in administrative tasks. • Participate in the assessment of departmental performance, offering insights for improvement. • Conduct data entry and management tasks to support administrative functions. • Perform various administrative duties as needed to facilitate effective operations. • Engage in ongoing training and skill development to improve proficiency. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience • Proven experience in administration • Proficiencies in administration and analysis • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Certified Analytics Professional) is a plus
