Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do

1. Document Management and Delivery:

    Receive legal translation documents from the Project Manager.

    Print, stamp, and deliver documents to clients either within the office or by visiting their premises.

    Handle document legalization and attestation processes at the Chamber of Commerce.

    Edit and format documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

2. Client Interaction:

    Deliver soft copy files back to the Project Manager for client sharing when required.

    Attend the office to welcome and assist walk-in clients with inquiries and services.

3. Administrative Support

    Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions and services provided.

    Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.


Essential Skills and Qualification

        University Degree, preferably an Alsun Graduate
        0 to 1 years of experience required.
        Resident in Riyadh is a must.
        Very Good English Language.
