About the role

We are looking for a capable, driven and customer focussed individual to join our team as a Territory Manager based in Dubai.

F&P Healthcare products are used to deliver therapies that are changing clinical practice globally. As a Territory Manager, you will generate demand and grow distributor sales by developing strong relationships within hospitals as well as with distributors. With a sound clinical and product understanding you will be responsible for educating distributor teams and developing sustainable growth by increasing their focus on F&P therapies. The ability to influence is a critical requirement. Your effective relationships management skills will help you implement a specific strategy that positions our business for long term and sustainable growth.

There will be a focus on managing an existing portfolio and further developing your network of Key Opinion Leaders, as well as execution of our evaluation strategy and development of the distribution network.

 

About you

The ideal candidate will be creative, driven and customer focussed. Other key skills and experience we are looking for:

    Experience in successfully introducing new products or concepts to the market would be a significant plus
    Medical device sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with a clinical background (such as nursing) or a robust sales background are also encouraged to apply.
    Must be fluent in Arabic and English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
    Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence
    An enthusiasm to learn and understand the full range of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare products
    Innovative thinking and the ability to develop and implement new strategies.
    A pro-active and global mindset, with a can-do attitude
