What will you be doing?
Lead the development and optimization of machine learning models that power decision-making processes related to financial and behavioral data.
Develop and integrate APIs for data ingestion and interaction with third-party services.
Prepare and transform large-scale datasets for machine learning applications, ensuring high data quality.
Build predictive models to assess risk and behavior patterns, supporting key business decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to continuously improve model performance.
Optimize and scale the machine learning pipeline to ensure high efficiency and speed.
Stay updated with emerging machine learning technologies and frameworks.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to team knowledge and best practices.
Ensure models and outputs are adaptable to different languages and markets, including localization efforts.
You're a perfect match if you have
3-5 years of experience in machine learning and data science, particularly in predictive modeling and risk assessment.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Experience developing and integrating APIs for data processing.
Hands-on experience with data wrangling and feature engineering using libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
Familiarity with financial risk modeling or credit scoring systems is a strong advantage.
Prior experience in FinTech or PropTech startups is a bonus.
