Sales Administrator GAS and Process Service Division, Atlas Copco Services Middle East SPC, UAE

The Role

     -Assume a strong and responsive support role to the Gas & Process Sales and Service and provide high quality service and assistance to customers

     -Assist the Gas and Process Key Account Manager in preparing quotations / offers to various  customers

     -Correlate and prepare quotations for distributors I customers in quote log and CRM..

     -Coordinate with the logistic and aftermarket division in USA I Germany in booking GAP confirmed orders

     -Correlate and prepare order invoicing and documentation

     -Communicate with distributors / customers with regard to the shipment of their orders

     -Responsible for issuing order acknowledgements to customers for confirmed GAP orders

     -Prepare invoices and GRN for all GAP orders that have been shipped

     -Communicate with customers and distributors with regard to payment of invoices

     -Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

 -Monitor, review and update reports for all quoted and confirmed orders

     -Prepare Product presentations in support with Sales Team

     -Manage relationship with sub suppliers for local sourcing in line with GAP sourcing policy

     -Maintain and update sales & customer records on weekly basis

     -Expediting customer orders in liaison with Product companies and vendors

     -olve customer non conformity issues with support from local sales team, product companies and vendors

     -Prepare monthly order and invoice report for BLM

What we expect of you?

Qualifications

-High school diploma, administration/marketing degree or BBA

-Experience in scheduling of people or processes or logistic background

-Experience with service operations is an advantage

-Good command of English, both written and oral

-Knowledge with ERP systems like Scala

-Strong organizational skills

-Able to work independently and as a team player

-Self-motivated, self-confident and dynamic person

-Excellent interpersonal skills

-Highly flexible and willing to adapt working time to business requirements

 Well versed in using Microsoft package tools. Excel & Power Point
