As a Purchase Administrator, you are responsible for organising and storing documents or data in an accurate and efficient manner. Data needs to be correctly interpreted from quotations and translated into the systems. During the daily processes, it is a challenge to keep everything running smoothly. If there is a disruption in the process, it is important that you, as a Purchasing Administrator, can act quickly. Moreover, you ensure reliable and efficient master data. You do this by creating and processing customer and supplier data correctly.

In addition to these activities, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial and administrative processes. This involves diligently monitoring the self-billing process, identifying any discrepancies that may arise, and swiftly resolving these issues to prevent financial and administrative complications. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that any inconsistencies are addressed promptly and effectively. By maintaining accurate master data and resolving billing discrepancies, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in safeguarding the financial health of the company and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Your profile

    Business degree in Finance / Administration or a relevant direction and 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    Proficient command of the English language.
    Resident of Dubai.
    You are accurate, flexible and stress-resistant in a dynamic environment.
