Job Details Basic Information of The Role Job Title: Procurement Operations Senior Specialist Job Grade: 4 Sector: Corporate Services Division: Procurement and Admin Services Department: Procurement Operations Reporting to (Job Title): AVP - Procurement Operations

Job Purpose This section summarizes the primary purpose of your job, the major overall responsibilities. Support procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement department.

Key Roles and Responsibilities This section describes the primary duties and responsibilities to give an accurate, complete picture of the job & details Key Result Area required for this position used for the performance management. Functional Responsibilities 1 Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing potential suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and negotiating with vendors. 2 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations. 3 Collaborate with various internal departments to gather and analyze data to support procurement decision-making. 4 Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring that suppliers adhere to agreed-upon terms and conditions. 5 Evaluate supplier proposals and make recommendations for supplier selection based on quality, cost, and delivery considerations. 6 Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines. 7 Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement and purchasing operations. 8 Participate in cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive process improvements and achieve cost savings.
