As a MENATI Valves After Market & Technical Support Leader, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with Valves Aftermarket global leadership and local sales leaders and regional channel partners to deliver operational excellence in the region.
Working with the regional sales and channel partner teams to align on the strategic direction for growth initiatives of all work processes across your region and support department.
Developing and maintaining service policies, procedures and service agreements related to all aspects of service operations including financial review processes, escalation processes, customer surveys and compliance with standard guidelines.
Owning Service financials including revenue and expense forecasting.
Owning Service metric reporting and accountability.
Working with team to optimize field service capacity planning and modelling.
Assisting with pricing and quoting for Revenue Cycle and relevant products.
Staying current on new third-party vendor product offerings and BH functionality planning to assist prospects as they are evaluating new releases.

To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
· Have overall 10+ years of experience.
· Have knowledge of the valves business.
· Have demonstrated experience in aligning with multiple stakeholders to execute an aftermarket growth strategy in industrial market.
· Have a -proven ability to deal with executives at all levels.
· Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.
· Demonstrate success in driving process improvement across the aftermarket business.
· Project success driving cross-business / functional teams to drive service excellence.
· Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
· Flexible to travel 50% across MENATI including overnight stays.
