Main Activities

Will drive efficiency across our industrial, logistics, and commercial operations by conducting detailed time and motion studies. As part of the time motion analysis will optimize workflows, streamline processes, and enhance productivity, through strategical insights and innovative actions towards transformation and digitalization for an assertive decision-making process. To ensure accurate UEP indexing in industrial operations for both new and existing products, contributing to precise production costing. Define the key steps for logistics and sales, such as deliveries and sales interactions, reducing costs and improving performance.
Job Responsibilities

Industrial:

    Assess and improve existing processes to enhance production efficiency.
    Standardize workflows and introduce improvements to optimize operations.
    Evaluate capacity for new products and generate UEP index.
    Maintain accurate data in SAP and Technosul, ensuring updates reflect production workflows and time study results.

Logistics | Fulfillment Centers; First, Landside, and Last Mile Deliveries:

    Monitor processes and perform time and motion studies for activities like picking, packing, and dock-to-dock.
    Generate productivity KPIs and identify bottlenecks to improve performance and reduce costs.
    Analyze time for different delivery types and routes through time and motion studies.
    Conduct cost analysis by supplier and transportation type, including Last Mile Delivery (LMD) and Cross-Border operations.
    Standardize service times for various customer channels to improve delivery efficiency.

Commercial | OTC Cycle: Merchandising Cycle & Perfect Store:

    Perform time and motion studies for the sales team, analyzing time for each step of sales visits across different channels.
    Compare physical steps with system data from platforms like MC1, VC White, Blue Collar, and Sonic to identify improvements.
    Commercial | Merchandising Cycle & Perfect Store:
    Conduct time and motion studies for the merchandising team.
    Collaborate with sales leadership to drive efficiency improvements and ensure standardized sales processes across customer channels.

Requirements

 

    3 years , time measurement and motions, and mathematical calculations
    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, business administration or related areas
    Fluent in English (Speaking, writing, reading)
    Arabic  or Portuguese are a plus
    Availability for travelling, around 50% of the time

Knowledge & Skills

    Good knowledge in time measurement and motions
    Knowledge of food processing and distribution
    Good commands in MS (word/excel)
    Good knowledge of SAP module
    Able to communicate with different nationalities and understand different cultures
    Ability to work under pressure
    Analytical overview of the supply chain
    Excellent problem solving, design, debugging, and testing skills
    Ability to analyze large and multi-dimensional data sets using analysis tools
