Make your mark as a Head of SHE-Q at Horizon Geosciences!
The Head of SHE-Q is responsible for the implementation, coordination, supervision, and maintenance of the Company’s SHE-Q system and associated procedures. The Head of SHE-Q ensures safe working conditions for all employees, works to minimize loss and damage to the company assets and maximize protection of the environment during company activities.

Your responsibilities as a Head of SHE-Q

    Manage a diverse SHEQ team of approx. 10 professionals onshore and offshore.
    Actively support the SHEQ needs from strategic to operational level within the Horizon Management team
    Coordinate SHEQ team on allocation of projects and ensure the core competencies of SHEQ professionals is at the forefront.
    Ensure compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements, including relevant international conventions.
    Supporting implementation of SHE-Q policies and objectives within Horizon.
    Ensure NINA and WoW Programs are being implemented effectively and monitored for efficiency.
    Ensure SHE-Q management information is sufficiently communicated via effective reporting dashboards, KPI’s.
    Oversee and coordinate with project managers on all accident and incident investigations.
    Project specific pre-qualification and tender support.
    Developing audit program for internal & supporting external audits and supporting the audit team prepare for upcoming audits.
    Participate in management visits and execute vessel site visits.

Your qualities and experience
You can make your mark as a Head of SHE-Q if you have:

    10 years of Industry Experience
    Minimum 5 years HSE Management System.
    Completion of lead auditors training.
    Good communication skills
    The ambition to be involved with people, projects, and processes
    NEBOSH certified.

Extra information

    Your team: You will be part of the SHE-Q Department.
    Where you will work: You will be working in our office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
    Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of Head of SHE-Q is a full-time job.
