Your day to day

Operational Management:

    Oversee the smooth running of the spa, ensuring all treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards.
    Ensure the spa is maintained to the highest cleanliness and safety standards, with attention to detail in all areas of operation.
    Monitor and manage spa budgets, controlling costs while maximizing revenue through effective pricing, promotions, and upselling.

Guest Experience:

    Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring personalized and professional care, handling guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
    Create an inviting atmosphere, fostering a serene and luxurious environment for guests to enjoy.
    Develop and implement spa packages and treatments, ensuring a diverse range of offerings to meet guest preferences.

Staff Management:

    Lead and manage a team of therapists, receptionists, and other spa staff, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
    Foster a positive and motivating work environment through effective leadership and communication.
    Ensure that the team provides excellent customer service and consistently meets the hotel’s standards.

Sales & Marketing:

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to promote spa services.
    Monitor guest feedback and conduct surveys to assess guest satisfaction and make improvements where necessary.
    Drive spa memberships, retail sales, and the promotion of products to increase revenue.

Financial Management:

    Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales, inventory, and treatment bookings.
    Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
    Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.


What we need from you

    Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Spa Director, or similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.
    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and drive sales.
