We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team. This pivotal role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster growth and new opportunities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our competitive edge and driving business development strategies aligned with our corporate objectives.
Main Responsibilities in Business Development

    Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans for real estate growth.
    Identify potential business opportunities and new markets while building relationships with stakeholders in the industry.
    Conduct thorough market research to support project proposals and business case development.
    Facilitate the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to secure project alignment with organizational goals.
    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
    Support in negotiating and closing business deals that align with the company's objectives.
    Monitor trends and developments in the real estate industry to inform strategic directions.
    Prepare financial models.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
    At least three years of experience in real estate consulting and development experience.
    Strong English verbal and writing skills.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building and nurturing relationships.
    Proven track record in managing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software tools.
    Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail and organization.

Preferred Experience in Real Estate Business Development

    Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and projects to completion.
