Assistant to General Manager MEA, Greiner, Dubai, UAE

Your challenge

    Overseeing office logistics, employee contract/visa management, and expense tracking.
    Acting as a liaison between the General Manager, Free Zone authorities, GBO service providers, and distributors.
    Planning and executing key events (e.g., launches, distributor meetings) and track assigned projects.
    Conducting market research, managing forecasting/budgeting cycles, and preparing detailed reports.
    Serving as the SAP SuccessFactors Key User for the MEA region.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

    Location: Must be based in Dubai.
    Experience: Prior work experience in the UAE is essential, with a strong understanding of the local market and business environment.
    Proven expertise in office and project management, event coordination, and market research.
    Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
    Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with tools like SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
