Job Description
Synopsis:
The training Officer Reports directly to the Manager Safety Training & Promotion and is responsible for assisting with the coordination and preparation of Safety promotion events including, but not limited to, seminars, workshops, forums and conferences
Accountabilities:
Assisting in projects initiated by the Safety Promotion section
Conducting classes and briefings for Safety Promotion department
Administrating all records for safety training courses
Researching and assisting with drafting of articles for safety publications
Researching best practices that improve safety promotions and safety culture
Developing training materials for use in classroom and online training events
Developing training materials for use in classroom and online training events
Developing close relationships with operational line managers that drive the development of Safety Culture
Additional duties and responsibilities, as reasonable expected, may be assigned as required
Education & Experience:
A minimum of a Diploma in Safety Management
Completed train the trainer course
Minimum of 5 years working experience or graduated the Etihad Graduate Managers Program
Fluent in written and Spoken English Language
Advanced level competence in Microsoft Office Products
Advanced Knowledge in learning technologies
