Testing and Commissioning Manager, Al Ahsa, KSA

We are seeking a highly experienced Testing and Commissioning Manager to oversee the pre-commissioning and commissioning processes for our project with the Saudi Irrigation Organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in testing, commissioning, and project management within the irrigation or related sectors.

Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage all testing and commissioning activities for the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
    Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
    Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all systems are properly tested and commissioned.
    Coordinate pre-commissioning activities, including inspections, system checks, and performance tests.
    Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
    Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and commissioning activities.
    Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during all phases of testing and commissioning.
    Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing and commissioning activities, including reports, procedures, and results.
    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all testing and commissioning activities.
    Train and mentor junior staff and team members in testing and commissioning practices.

Essential Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
    Minimum of 13 years of experience in testing and commissioning, with a focus on pre-commissioning and commissioning processes.
    Proven experience in the irrigation sector or similar industrial projects.
    Strong understanding of relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
    Knowledge of construction project management processes.
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
