Position Overview
 We are seeking a seasoned and strategic-minded to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive media strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving successful media campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:  
 

    Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative media strategies that effectively reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

    Strategy Management: Oversee the execution of client strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPIs across multiple functions including paid media, data and analytics, partnerships, brand health.

    Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning to inform media strategies.

    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure cohesive messaging and integration across all media channels.

    Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating contracts and rates to maximize ROI.

    Budget Oversight: Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.

    Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on media campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

 
KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE
 

    Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media strategy or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.

    Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and execution across various channels.

    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven media strategies.

    Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of media metrics and KPIs.

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Experience with media and market research tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, BAV, Euromonitor or similar.

    Familiarity with programmatic advertising and emerging media technologies.
