 Job Description
Harley-Davidson Dubai seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations at our Dubai branch and oversee activities at our smaller Abu Dhabi branch. This full-time role reports to the General Manager and requires a dynamic individual with extensive Harley-Davidson knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for exceptional customer service.
 
Key responsibilities include managing daily service operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high service standards. The Service Manager will handle customer complaints, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure staff provide top-notch service. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing service department staff, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring optimal scheduling.
 
Financial management duties include developing and managing the service department budget, monitoring financial performance, and managing parts inventory. The Service Manager will support and oversee service activities in the Abu Dhabi branch, ensuring consistency in service standards. Technical expertise is crucial, as the role requires staying updated with Harley-Davidson technical information and providing guidance to staff.
 
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), at least 5 years of experience in a service management role within the motorcycle or automotive industry, and in-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills are essential.
