Platform Overview:

Group Communications are the custodians of the Mubadala brand.

Our mission is to build, protect and promote the Mubadala Group’s reputation. We support the group to deliver on its mandate through world-class corporate communications. We provide communications counsel, services and employee engagement across the group.
What will you do

To lead the development and implementation of  communications strategy and plans in line with the overall group communications strategy. Act as an expert advisor to the Platform CEO and Executive Leadership Team on communications, public relations, internal and external communications, and stakeholder engagement to support the business objectives of the platform. The role additionally requires the provision of direct communications support to platform assets – both senior leadership teams and communications functions
What will you bring

    Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital communication, marketing or equivalent.
    7+ years of experience in communications, with focus on digital communication. Preferably experience in a large-scale organisation with complex business operations or experience working across various industries. At least 2 years in a managerial / supervisory position.
     Additional relevant experience is an advantage.
    Strong knowledge of digital communications strategy development and implementation, and ability to devise strategies that drive business results.
    Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of digital platforms including social media, websites, e-newsletters.
    Strong knowledge of Marketing terminology, analytics and integrated marketing strategies/plans; how to plan, implement, execute, analyze and evaluate.
    Knowledge of content development and content management processes
    Knowledge of web content management systems.
    Good project management knowledge and ability to deliver web/digital projects within cross-functional teams.
    Good understanding of information architecture, usability and site design.
    Creative and innovative approach to communications with the ability to identify new ways of working.
    Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Good knowledge of communication and influencing techniques and ability to deal with people across a wide range of functions and at all levels of the organisation.
    Good knowledge of the market and ability to use and interpret behavior analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
