These are your tasks and responsibilities.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and sub-projects, using your excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient planning, execution, and completion. You will collaborate closely with fellow project managers, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard of quality. The role operates nationally from our office in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Ensure all procedures are correctly followed before project initiation.
Deliver projects as per contracts, within budget, and adhering to ethics, quality, and safety standards.
Focus on revenue growth, business improvement, and fostering ownership and collaboration.
Maintain relationships throughout the project and report escalations.
Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates.
Allocate resources and select teams based on required competencies.
Define material requirements and prepare orders for procurement.
Conduct evaluations and share insights to improve future projects.
Handle aftersales activities during the project warranty period.
Requirements

A hands-on, pragmatic approach with good negotiation skills.
Persuasion and organizational skills.
Strong communication and analytic skills.
A team player.
This is what we ask of you:
At least 2 year of experience in a similar job.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in a similar direction.
Fluent in English language skills (verbally and written).
Excellent computer skills.
Affinity for technology and automation.
