Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Roles and Responsibilities for Safety Supervisor
1. Prepare a Safety Plan and work-related Safety program.
2. Maintain all types of EHS documents.
3. Site Document upload in TCE Smart folder and WRENCH.
4. Cover the Environment part according to site activity and waste generated.
5. Capturing Safety observation for the current site activities on site.
6. Generating the Site Safety Observation report and releasing the report on time.
7. Reviewing the MSRA as a Safety Profession.
8. Implementation of the Weekly Toolbox talk based on the work-related activity.
9. Identifying and reporting unsafe acts and unsafe behavior and reporting to the Site team accordingly for further control.
10. Supervising the Subcontractor’s safety performance.
11. Participating in the incident and investigation report with the site team.
12. Inspection of the tools and equipment as per Client /TCE Procedure.
13. Conducting weekly or Monthly Audits and with the preparation of the Audit report for the Safety Compliance of the subcontractor.
14. Implementation of Boots on the ground which will be conducted by the Site Construction supervisor at the site for the prevention & control of Safety measures at the site.
15. Inspect all the EHS Documents on the site for the subcontractor and support subcontractor for the safety compliance at the site.
16. Implementation of short-based training if required for a better understanding of Safety requirements by the sub-contractor.
17. Conduct weekly Safety Meetings with the subcontractor.
18. Maintain all types of Equipment Inspection details and checklists and color code.
19. In addition, fulfils the client's requirement as per the Client Green Book instructions.
