What you'll do on a typical day:

    Prepares Reports
    Maintain high level of confidentiality
    maintain calendar, schedule appointments and reserve rooms for meetings
    Distribute mails
    Prepare material for workshops, conferences, meetings
    Compose type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports
    Maintain files locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
    Booking rooms hotels flights and conference facilities
    Performs other duties assigned
    Manage the office
    Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately
    Coordinate daily activities and schedule
    Work indecently and organize complex clerical tasks
    Maintain efficient office procedures and a system for keeping track of requested actions and reports
    Communicate effectively with team members

What you'll need to be successful:

Education: Bachelor of Management / Administration

Experience: 3 to 5 years (minimum) + proven relevant experience

Skills:

    Communicate clearly and concisely in written and oral form
    Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations
    Excellent editing and proofreading skills
    Organizational and negotiation skills
    Presentation skills and attention to details
    Meet strict timelines and perform multiple task work
    Highly Mastery of Microsoft applications
    Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
