Al Maharat Private School in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified FS Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for young learners, focusing on their early development across a range of academic and personal growth areas.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of FS3 students, encouraging critical thinking and curiosity.
    Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and educational development of each student.
    Assess and monitor student progress, offering timely feedback to students, parents, and administration.
    Use differentiated instruction strategies to address varying learning abilities and styles.
    Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
    Participate in professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices and stay updated with the latest curriculum developments.
    Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on student progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and behaviours.
    Integrate technology and modern educational tools to enrich learning experiences.
    Promote the values of diversity, inclusion, and respect in the classroom.

Qualifications and Skills:

    Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.
    Certification: Teaching certification recognized in the UAE.
    Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in an FS/early years setting.
    Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
    Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    A passion for early childhood education and a deep commitment to student growth and development.
    Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum or similar frameworks.
