About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant (Manager and Associate Director) to join our high-performing consulting team on a contract basis. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a strong background in digital technologies, strategic problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work across multiple industries. As a consultant, you will partner with mid to senior executives to address complex business challenges and drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities

    Lead/Support digital transformation projects in delivering innovative and technology-driven solutions across diverse industries, including but not limited to Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Mobility, FMCG, and Public Sector.
    Analyse digital landscapes and emerging technologies, conducting market research and benchmarking competitors' digital strategies, identifying industry trends, and uncovering opportunities for digital growth and transformation.
    Develop digital transformation roadmaps by designing innovative strategies that help clients enhance operational efficiency, adopt new technologies, and achieve sustainable business objectives through digital means.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to implement digital initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and project execution with a focus on digital adoption and user-centricity.
    Present digital solutions and transformation strategies to senior management and client stakeholders, highlighting opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, data analytics, and automation.
    Drive data-driven insights by crafting in-depth digital and data analytics, leading to sophisticated hypothesis generation and actionable insights to fuel digital strategies.
    Prepare high-quality, visually compelling presentations/proposals for clients, delivering impactful reports, documents, and data visualizations that demonstrate digital growth potential and transformation outcomes.
    Assist the project team with client relationship management, digital needs identification, and proposal preparation, emphasizing tailored digital solutions and transformation frameworks.
    Promote high standards of digital service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction while fostering long-term relationships that support continuous digital innovation and transformation.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience in management or strategy at a top-tier consulting firms).
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
    MBA (Master of Business Administration) with a focus on digital strategy, innovation, or technology management, preferred.
    Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.

    Proven track record of delivering value in complex environments and working with senior stakeholders.
    Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and an unparalleled attention to details.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with diverse client engagements.
    A high degree of flexibility to adapt to shifting client priorities and agility in shifting between various projects and teams.
    Ability to articulate strategies and insights with precision, ensuring messages resonate with our global clients.
    Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project landscapes.
    Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements
    Ability to take ownership of project module structuring and planning work to deliver desired results
    Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to other team members and senior clients.
    Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams is a plus.

3-6 Months Contract
