Senior Information Technology Specialist, GFB, Manama, Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully manage Microsoft/non-Microsoft core business applications and operating systems in both on-prem and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Provide technical services for Microsoft and non-Microsoft products.
• Deploy new projects/products and upgrade existing systems.
• Manage infrastructure, including on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage advanced configurations for Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory 2022/Azure AD, DHCP, and DNS.
• Utilize Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployment and management of Windows 11 applications and updates.
• Administer Office 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender, and Intune.
• Implement and manage Conditional Access Policy, Identity Protection, MFA, and security systems as per iGA requirements.
• Manage and configure AWS EC2 Instances, Security Groups, S3 Storage, and Storage Gateway.
• Network configuration and management, including WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, Cisco routers & switches, Cisco SDA, Palo Alto firewalls, Cortex Antivirus, and Qualys Cloud Platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in designing and deploying infrastructure hardware and networking solutions.
• Holder of Microsoft Certification (MCTS), AWS Certified Solutions Associate, Cisco Certification, and Microsoft Azure Certification.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
