 Your Role
The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for executing operations to ensure operational excellence through high-quality shipment management. This role involves daily management of operations, including resource planning, monitoring operational KPIs, and overseeing shipment profitability. Additionally, the specialist prepares and supports month-end closing activities and provides data for reporting purposes.
 Your Responsibilities

    Shipment management in TMS (Roadlog)
    Shipment data quality in TMS (Roadlog)
    Shipment management with carriers and brokers
    (Daily) shipment updates
    Billing
    Archiving of shipment documents
    Preparation of (OCC performance) reports

 Your Skills and Experiences

    High level of attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills
    Effective decision-making abilities
    Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
    Proficient time management
    Analytical and organizing skills
    Strong problem-solving capabilities
    Ability to work well in a team
