Al Rostamani Trading Company is the sole authorized distributor of Suzuki and Citroën across the UAE with Sales, Service and Parts outlets able to serve its customers throughout the country.
Job Purpose

Responsible for ultimate accountability for the achievement of budgeted operational objectives in Revenue, Volume, Gross Margin, Expenses, Net Profit, Customer Satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities

    Participate in annual business planning and follow up with quarterly and monthly reviews.
    Accountable for location Revenue Maximization, Margin Improvement, Controllable cost management, Cash Control and Bank Receivables.
    Support Planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting.
    Execution of Incentive plans (within framework provided by Management)
    Effectively manage stakeholders through regular meetings.
    Gather and Submit accurate weekly forecasts from all branches based on analysis of sales conversions, bank approval TATs, invoices etc. for Management reporting.
    With support of Sales Management drives achievement of monthly sales targets delivering volume and profit contribution for new and Pre-owned.
    Work with F&I manager to formalize tie ups with banks and Insurance companies to maximize revenues.
    Responsible to monitor the performance of sales operations within the sites through enhancing and re-allocating location resources to improve overall location results.
    Daily/Weekly KPI management with all branches to address opportunities and shortfalls.
    Liaise with marketing to Develop localized marketing initiatives and promotions.
    Ensure with branch managers a seamless end to end customer journey through every Sales stage.
    Promote customer experience best practice to safeguard the customer journey process, whilst ensuring staff are trained to deliver on overall location targets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

    Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Business Management, preferably in Automotive Industry.

Experience:

    8 years of sales experience within the automotive industry gained through progressive roles, out of which 5 years must involve supervisory sales operations and team leading.

Knowledge & Skills:

    Leadership experience.
    Financial acumen.
    Customer centric experience.
    Written and verbal communication in English and Arabic (other regionally spoken languages would be an added advantage)
    Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
