About the Role

The Growth Bets team is responsible for launching, experimenting and growing new products like Uber for teens, Package and Intercity. We continually look for new and innovative solutions; whether it be launching a new low cost offering, a solution aimed at business travelers or the ability for riders to travel with their furry friend, you will need to take your products from 0 to 1, then 1 to 100.

What the Candidate Will Do

    Own and be accountable for your products, including direct P&L responsibility, drive KPIs, ongoing improvement of customer experience, regular monitoring, reporting, troubleshoot issues and develop improvement plans
    Partner with our central/global product, engineering and operations teams to develop solutions to meet rider needs/use cases
    Develop the experimentation and go to market plan for new launches/ roll-outs, promotional campaigns or continuous improvement of our product offerings - this includes being responsible for multiple products, new launches and ownership of continued growth
    Work with cross-functional partners and global teams to project manage the execution of business priorities

What the Candidate Will Need / Basic qualifications

    3+ years of relevant experience in operations and business problem solving, applying analytics to address business challenges and recommend solutions
    Teamwork/ stakeholders management: you work well with other people and can handle engagement with multiple partners from different teams, locally and internationally
    Executional excellence/ Initiative and ownership: you manage and deliver end-to-end projects with autonomy in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines, and you have demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan and prioritise tasks across multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications / Bonus points

    Business acumen: you have demonstrated knowledge of industry trends, competition, best practices, and other factors that affect profitability and business success
    Analytical skills: you can develop meaningful insights from complex data. You have experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization tools. You are highly proficient in Excel/Sheets; experience with SQL, Tableau, Python or similar is a plus
    Product innovation and launch is a plus
