We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is designed for individuals with a solid financial background who can contribute to the broader operational and strategic aspects of real estate investment and asset management. The role will involve supporting financial analysis, deal structuring, portfolio management, and various project-based activities, rather than focusing solely on traditional accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide financial insights and analysis on the real estate portfolio's performance, supporting decision-making processes.
    Deal Structuring & Support: Assist in the structuring of real estate deals, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and valuation.
    Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, developers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.
    Portfolio Oversight: Support the management and optimization of existing real estate assets, including monitoring of cash flows, returns, and overall investment performance.
    Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for real estate assets.
    Compliance & Due Diligence: Ensure adherence to local real estate laws, financial regulations, and internal compliance processes.
    Operational Support: Provide support in areas such as property management, contract negotiations, and tenant relations, aligning with the overall real estate strategy.
    Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in strategic projects such as asset acquisition, market research, and development planning.

Key Requirements:

    Qualifications:
        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
        Professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or CFA (preferred but not essential).
    Experience:
    3-5 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or financial analysis within the real estate sector.
    Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a strong advantage.
