Title: Quality Manager

Location: Sharjah, UAE

General Responsibilities:

    Deep knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control.
    Address and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
    Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
    Supervises the Quality Control activities including Quality Control inspection schedules and records.
    Handle internal and external quality complaints and conduct thorough root cause analysis. Create and document complaint reports.
    Coordinating with third party laboratories for required tests in quality and sales support.
    Provide technical support and expertise to Sales Team through trainings.
    Supports the Head of Sales in dealing with Client for all the Quality matters.
    Participate to all the internal/external audits.

Profile

Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree (or) Master’s degree in Chemistry with professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
    Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices in construction chemical industry.
    Proven ability to lead and develop a team of quality control professionals.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
