Project - Quality Manager, Galfar Engineering & Contracting WLL Emirates, UAE

    Quality Planning:
        Develop and implement quality management plans for projects.
        Define quality standards and metrics for project deliverables.
    Quality Assurance:
        Ensure that project processes comply with established quality standards.
        Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance.
    Quality Control:
        Monitor project activities to ensure they meet quality requirements.
        Identify and address any quality issues or defects.
    Risk Management:
        Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality risks.
        Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
    Documentation and Reporting:
        Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
        Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and compliance.
    Team Coordination:
        Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
        Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.
    Continuous Improvement:
        Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
        Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Educational Background:
        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
        Certifications such as ASQ, PMP, or ISO 9001 are highly desirable.
    Experience:
        Extensive experience in quality management within the relevant industry.
        Proven track record of managing quality assurance and control processes.
    Skills:
        Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
        Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
        Strong communication and leadership skills.
        Ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections.

Key Tasks and Duties:

    Develop and implement quality management plans.
    Conduct quality audits and inspections.
    Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
    Manage quality-related risks and issues.
    Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.

•Candidates with experience in major EPC Oil & Gas contracting companies and who can join immediately will be given preference
