Job Description

Support the qualitative team in executing all field operations, including but not limited to:

    Facilitate recruitment with suppliers
        Get price quotations
        Prepare screener questionnaires
        Retrieve respondent profiles
        Check screener/respondent quality against criteria
        Support with recruitment when needed
    Coordinate fieldwork with supplier teams, moderators and research team
        Prepare field schedule and share with research
        Ensuring DGs guides are received and sent to the moderator in English and Arabic
        Ensuring briefing sessions are scheduled with moderators
        Prepare online links for viewing and simultaneous translation (where applicable)
        Execute tech checks before fieldwork
        Attend fieldwork (physically or online) to ensure full delivery of all field requirements
        Record all sessions and share recordings with research team
        Ensuring All files are archived and saved as per IGQS.
        While attending the groups make sure to check if clients have any questions to relay to the moderator
    Follow up on deliverables including transcripts, translation and audio files (as applicable)
