We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sharq, Kuwait City.

Salary: 350-400 KD

Location: Sharq, Kuwait City

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

• Manage inventory control, including stock levels, restocking, and maintaining accurate records.

• Prepare and process orders, shipping documents, and related paperwork.

• Monitor and follow up on shipments, liaising with customs and clearance teams as needed.

• Maintain a close relationship with the sales team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, reporting, and managing communications across departments.

• Support the team in identifying and resolving operational issues as they arise.

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the operations team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is advantageous.

• Must be willing to be present at night hours for expo setup and dismantling.
