Zahr Freighters is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Admin to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office operations, playing a key part in maintaining an efficient and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
    Scheduling: Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
    Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and important documents, ensuring easy retrieval and proper documentation.
    Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed to keep the office fully stocked and operational.
    Data Entry: Enter and update data in internal systems accurately and in a timely manner.
    Team Coordination: Assist in coordinating office activities and internal communications to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
    Filing and Documentation: Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and up-to-date.
    Budget and Expense Tracking: Assist in managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
    Confidential Information Handling: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
    Proven administrative experience in a professional setting.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
    Prior experience managing office budgets and expenses is an advantage.
    Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
