Job Description

Accountabilities:

    Plan the trainings roadmap, activities, and development initiatives for the assigned business unit.
    Create a learning culture by ensuring all business learning requirements are planned and executed through online portals, online trainings, and physical trainings.
    Design and manage the learning activities framework that suits the respective business unit and target all bands and levels.
    Recommend companywide trainings and learning activities.
    Ensure compliance and risk management linked to professional skills.
    Create a company culture around its brand values
    Design and manage development for all frameworks that caters for people performing at all different levels
    Work with business units to establish training plans aligned with their business plans
    Ensuring skills level, capability, and knowledge to meet business sustainability
    Plan and implement initiatives to support business achieve its goals, personal development plans plus BU scorecard
    Build and manage relationship with business and external partners that creates the environment for enabling L&D to deliver effectively.

Qualifications:

    Minimum requirement is a qualified degree in HR /Business Management.

Experience

    Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a Talent Management / Learning & Development role.
    Good understanding of People Learning

Skills

    Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
    Good understanding of training plan based on business needs
    Strong skills in MS Office
    Coaching and mentoring ability
    Passion and able to develop people
    Able to create roadmaps by translating company strategy into action plans and programs
    Influential skills to promote learning solutions to meet business challenges
    Excellent relationship building and people development skills
    In depth understanding of training life cycle and ROI
