About the Role

Embedded with our guest-centric Guest Experience department, you will play a crucial role in, developing and enhancing RX’s Guest experience by applying service design principles and methodologies.

 

Central to this role is the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing the RX experience, consequently mapping them against experience maps, blueprints and user ecosystems.

A skilled collaborator with refined stakeholder management expertise, you will lead the design and implementation of complex service design projects which positively impact guest and employee experiences.

 

Innovate and dynamic, you crave the opportunity to design and deliver top-notch and market-leading experiences. You’re a visionary about to revolutionize how passengers interact with our brand from booking to landing making the skies friendlier and ever more delightful.
About You

Degree qualified (Master’s ideally), you must demonstrate a minimum 5 years of experience in a service design/customer experience capacity within an agile, customer-centric organization. You will have experience in unlocking significant experience-led growth in B2C or product ecosystem space using Gen AI, Design Thinking or Lean.

 

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, etc.
