Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced management consultant to help shape the future of Contango at the intersection of Technology and Transportation & logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success at Senior Consultant/Associate level in MBB or Tier 2 consulting firms. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive transformation Transportation & Logistics, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

    Consulting advisory and subject matter expertise: provide content support to our clients by thoroughly understanding their needs and translating their requirements into actionable technology recommendations and customized products that drive business value.
    Project execution: support the delivery of complex consulting engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget through coordination with cross-functional teams of consultants and technical experts.
    Client relationship management: support the development and maintenance of positive client relationships by actively understanding client needs, assisting in the delivery of tailored solutions, and promptly addressing their concerns with fresh ideas.
    Team development: work closely with a team of consultants and technical experts by offering support, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive work environment.
    Business development: assist in identifying potential business opportunities to help expand Next50’s presence, by supporting the development of growth strategies and the preparation of proposals

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.).
    5+ years of experience in management consulting at the intersection of Technology and Transportation & Logistics in an MBB or Tier2 company.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
    Proficiency in project management practices and tools.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
